1. To be eligible for a return, the item has had hidden defects and proven factory defects.
(1.a) Assessment of easily identifiable defects takes 1 to 3 working days upon receipt of unit.
(1.b) Standard process of assessment 3 to 5 days upon receipt of the unit.
(1.c) If not, it will fall under service warranty of 6 months with WADFOW Service Center.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
( 2.a) All parts are intact with accessories, if there is any.
(2.b) If the item is still under the 15-day duration upon receiving the seller will shoulder the delivery fee (from buyer to seller and, from seller to buyer) otherwise the buyer will shoulder the delivery fee of the item (from buyer to seller and, from seller to buyer).
3. You must have the original sales invoice/receipt of the item purchased.
4. Reasons to return/exchange fall on the acceptable reasons given by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). As stated in R.A. 7394.
5. Your request for return/exchange is still within the 15-day duration subject for validation. Where goods have been paid, a sales credit will be issued to the customer for the returned item(s).
6. Cash will not be refunded to the customer, however, the total value based on the original invoice price of the returned item(s) will be deducted from the customer’s next purchases.
7. The value of exchange should be equal to the value of the returned item. If the value of change is higher than the original purchase, the buyer will pay the price difference. (optional)
8. Wadfow reserves the right to decline a claim for return/exchange pursuant to R.A.7394 ( Consumer Act of the Philippines).
9. Return Shipping Fees for orders due to Change of Mind will be shouldered by the buyer. Change of Mind return is not applicable to items packed in full blister pack
(9.a) The item must be in its original condition.
(9.b) Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original brand/product packaging with all tags and seals still attached.
(9.c) All accessories and any free gifts included with the order must be returned with the item.
(9.d) For Change of Mind, payments made by credit card will be charged a fee of 3% total of the amount of your order.
